A good family trip starts with the practical conversation: who is coming, how comfortable they are around water and what would make the day enjoyable.

Four hours, at your group’s pace
The Gladiator family trip lasts four hours, with morning and afternoon departures. Light rods help children and beginners take part, and the crew explains what to do. Nobody has to fish. Tell Simone or Arianna the children’s ages and whether the adults want to fish seriously, try a little or mostly watch the coast. That is more useful than promising a particular catch or wildlife encounter.
Check boarding and comfort first
There is no dock. You wade to a shuttle and then step across to the charter boat, with both moving in the swell. There is no toilet on board. Ask before booking if balance, mobility or the length of the trip could be an issue. Children count toward the guest total: Acuarelas includes four people, Sol de Oro five, with one paid extra guest available on either.
Keep the bag simple
Bring sun protection, hats, sunglasses, light long sleeves and a dry bag. Drinks, snacks, fishing gear and bait are included; bring preferred food if helpful. Ask about any special needs before departure. Life jackets are available in all sizes. If nobody is keen to fish, the three-hour dolphin and snorkel outing may suit the group better. Snorkeling and wildlife depend on conditions.
