The whole boat is yours
Gladiator boat-trip prices are per private boat in US dollars, plus 13% tax. They are not per-person fares on a shared departure. Sol de Oro includes five guests; Acuarelas includes four. Each can take one additional guest for US$80 plus tax. Children count as guests. Check the exact boat and duration when comparing a quote, because a longer trip and a different boat change the price.
Know what travels with you
Boat fishing includes rods, reels, tackle, bait, crew, fuel and the shuttle from the beach. Drinks and snacks are included; lunch is included on eight-hour trips. Fishing licenses and gratuities are extra. Shore fishing is different: its four-hour group price covers up to three people, with a fourth and fifth charged separately, and gear, bait and lures excluded. Tarpon trips use a custom package and your own fly gear.
A reservation is not an immediate charge
Reserve in Rezervaya. Online bookings currently confirm without waiting for a deposit, and no payment is taken on the booking page. The team arranges the 30% deposit separately. Accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard, cash and PayPal. The remaining balance is due on the day. Seven or more days’ notice returns the deposit; later cancellations depend on whether the date is resold. If the captain cancels for weather or a mechanical issue, the refund is full.
