Where to stay in Sámara for a fishing trip

Our boats leave from the beach in Playa Sámara. Stay close and your fishing day starts with a few minutes on the road, not a long drive. Here is how to choose.

Stay in Sámara

Sámara is a small beach town, so almost everything is close to the beach. Morning trips leave early, and staying in town makes that easy.

For families and groups: a private villa

Villas Dualis has two villas in Playa Sámara, Casa Ola and Casa Brisa. Each has its own private pool and sleeps up to six. Book both for a bigger group.

Other options

Sámara also has small hotels, cabinas and holiday rentals for every budget.

Getting here

Most guests fly into Liberia or San José. For a private transfer, we recommend Legend Costa Rica.
